Massage Therapy Tailored for Your Individual Goals
Providing Massage Therapy in Calgary, AB

I’ve been a Massage Therapist since 2017 and have worked with a variety of people such as athletes, musicians, artists, office workers, trade workers, children and geriatric populations. My treatment approach is to find the root cause of the issue and then work with you to help resolve your concerns to achieve your goals.
I believe that it is essential to build a treatment plan that is unique to each individual’ needs in Massage Therapy. By communicating with each other, we will develop a treatment plan based on your presenting symptoms and your goals. A typical treatment will include Therapeutic Massage such as Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, followed by stretching and home care prescription.
Feel Free to contact me if you have any question or concerns!
